Hull based business, interiors-thestudio.com is in its 12th year of trading. We are an established interior design business offering the best contemporary furniture, lighting & accessories through our main website interiors-thestudio.com and a full bespoke interior design service through the-interiordesigner.co.uk.
We are now giving creative individuals the opportunity to rent work space in an open plan studio environment whilst gaining local and national exposure and excellent links with our associated partners.
The studio is located on Albert Avenue off Spring Bank, offering excellent transport links to both the City Centre and West Hull Villages. See our location page for full travel details.
The studio is divided into individual working spaces, each one approximately 1600 x 2000mm, plus walls. What goes on in that space depends on who is using it, but we welcome a range of creative disciplines, including:
Graphic Designers
Artists
Interior Designers
Web Designers
Writers
Upholsters
Architects
Illustrations
Video Editors
Craft Workers, i.e. cards, jewellery, hats etc
Existing students or Graduates from Art and Design courses
Each space can be used as a retail/exhibition space, a workspace or a combination of the two.
We are always on the lookout for new creative talent to showcase, so download the application form and email it to us, along with 2 examples of your current work. You don’t necessarily need to have any design or business training, so long as you are intending to make a living from what you do, and its creative, you are welcome to apply.
